Prototype

Prototype is an action-adventure open world video game developed by Radical Entertainment. It is set in New York City, where a plaque is spreading out and transforms infected into hideous monsters. The player takes control of the protagonist Alex Mercer, a powerful shapeshifter with no memory of his past.
